陳氏太極拳図説 (Chen's Tai Chi Chuan Illustrations)

陳氏太極拳図説は、湖南省陳家溝の陳家に伝わってきた陳氏太極拳小架式の伝承のために、陳家の陳鑫が著したものである。太極拳の思想、東洋医学の経絡の理論を解説し、さらに陳家太極拳の技のポイントを解説と独特な工夫をもった図法で描いている。武術思想、技術書についての歴史的な文書として読まれるべきものである。

Chen's Tai Chi Chuan Illustrations was written by Chen Xin, a member of the Chen family, for the transmission of the Chen family's Tai Chi, which has been handed down from the Chen family in Chenjiagou, Hunan Province. It explains the philosophy of taijiquan and the theory of Jinruo in oriental medicine, and also describes the key points of the Chen family Tai Chi techniques with explanations and unique and ingenious illustrations. It should be read as a historical document of martial arts philosophy and technical manuals.
