テクノロジーは貧困を救わない

世界の社会的、政治的な問題は技術によって解決されるという思い込みがあるが、技術はそのように諸問題を解決するものではないと、マイクロソフト・リサーチ・インディアの共同設立者である外山健太郎氏は主張する。
